When you feel “off”, it’s because you need to create some space in your life and schedule.
The first step to creating more space in your life is to STOP THE FLOW of anything new or extra coming in.
The second step is to TAKE OUT THE OLD by ditching anything that’s “leftover”, that you’ve had “enough of”, or that has “expired” because it no longer serves you.
The third step is to PREPARE by RESTING. When we REST, we are preparing to be re-inspired.
The fourth step is to RE-INSPIRE your life by considering what’s possible for you.
The fifth step is to CREATE INSPIRATIONAL HABITS by:
deciding what matters most to you (Core Values “athleticism”)
create an identity that honors the value (“I’m an athlete.”)
focus on being that identity consistently (“I show up as an athlete every day for 5 minutes, and I never miss two days in a row.”)
I invite you to consider these questions:
Which of your Core Values needs an identity?
How willing are you to create an inspiring habit that honors this identity?
How can you make this habit sustainable?
