Your Shadows Are Beneficial

A SHADOW is a part, quality, preference, or desire that you deem to be unsafe for others to witness IN you.

We worry that if someone saw the “real” us, we’d be rejected, judged, criticized, humiliated, or shamed.

When we are willing to ALLOW, ACCEPT, and EMBRACE our shadows, we will receive these benefits:

  • humility
  • the releasing of shame
  • letting go of comparisonitis
  • a deeper connection with other people

I invite you to consider these questions:

  • How willing are you to offer humility to others and to be humble yourself?
  • How might it feel to release shame?
  • How willing are you to let go of comparisonitis with others?
  • How willing are you to let go of perfectionism?

Stay tuned… I’m creating an intoxicating experience and course which will be coming your way later this fall. Prepared to be instigated, disrupted, and intoxicated with purpose, passion, and possibility.

My email subscribers will be given first priority when the course opens. I invite you to subscribe here: subscribe here

When it comes to podcasting, the best way to “tip the bartender” is by heading over to Apple Podcasts and leaving a 5-star review. This helps me imbibe other listeners with the secret sauce of emotional intelligence. And, make sure to “order another round”  by hitting SUBSCRIBE.

If you’re thirsty for more than this daily shot and ready to intoxicate the hell out of your personal and professional life, I’d love to invite you to coach one-on-one with me.
