Your Inner Critic Will Get Triggered by Your Must

When you commit to identifying and embracing your MUST, expect your Inner Critic to get triggered.

Think of your Inner Critic as a “best friend with shitty communication skills” who desperately wants to keep you “safe” by ensuring that you remain loved, attached, or approved of by the people in your life.

Consider these questions:

  • Who will get triggered by your MUST?
  • What will your Inner Critic say to you about your MUST?
  • How does your Inner Critic define “failure”?
  • How does your Inner Critic define “success”?
