Why You Self-Sabotage /Part 23

There’s a huge difference between self-sabotaging and self-supporting while you’re stopping a crappy habit. 

Consider these questions:

  • When you self-sabotage, are you resisting giving up the habit - or, are you resisting the circumstances you’re in?
  • What circumstances caused you to pick the habit you want to stop. Are you:
    • Overweight?
    • Unhealthy?
    • In debt?
    • Out of shape?
    • Exhausted/depleted/burned out?
  • What are your thoughts about these circumstances?
  • What are your feelings about these circumstances?
  • When you feel these feelings, do you self-sabotage or do you self-support?
