Why You Must Accept and Forgive- Part 17
My new book Intentional Intoxication: How To Deliberately Distill The Different Life You Desire, is available on Amazon. You can imbibe on the entire book in one, short, intentionally happier hour:
Today is PART 17 of the Intentional Intoxication mini-course, created to help you apply what you’ve learned from the book in your actual life.
Acceptance is akin to forgiveness. When we forgive, we intentionally stop arguing with the way things are or what has happened in the past. Instead, we process how we feel about what happened, and intentionally decide how to have our own backs moving forward.
I invite you to consider these questions:
- When do you notice arguing with what has happened or is happening in your life?
- When do you ignore how you really feel about your circumstances or relationships?
- What might change if you accept both what is currently true and what you want?
