When You’re Trapped in Habits

Sometimes we feel TRAPPED now in habits that may rescue us immediately albeit temporarily in the moment. 

 

I invite you to consider these questions:

 

  • Do you feel guilt or shame because you refer to your habits as GOOD or BAD?
  • Which habits have you struggled to START?
  • Which habits have you struggled to STOP?
  • If you notice that you have a habit you’d like to STOP because it doesn’t empower or serve you  long-term, what BENEFITS do you get from the habit at the moment?
  • What is the habit COSTING you?
  • If you notice that you have a habit you’d like to START, how do you think you will FEEL or NOT FEEL?
