When You’re Overdoing It All
We all tip into some type of “over” habit:
- overeating
- overdrinking
- overspending
- over-scheduling
- over-committing
- over-thinking
- over-whelming
I invite you to consider these questions:
- When do you notice getting overwhelmed or saturated with:
- time with others?
- listening to or watching TV/Movies/Podcasts?
- too many texts/calls/emails?
- too much food or drink?
- How willing are you to carve out space for:
- silence?
- solitude?
- stillness?
- How does your body let you know that you’ve been overdoing it?
