When You’re Anxious

“That’s what anxiety feels like to me… an escalating loss of control, worst-case-scenario thinking and imagery, and total uncertainty… “

 

Consider these questions:

 

  • Where do you fear losing control?
  • When do you engage in worst-case-scenario thinking?
  • When do you imagine the worst thing someone else might think or say about you?
  • When do you feel anxious due to uncertainty?
  • What is the one next step you could take?
