  • certainty
  • uncertainty
  • significance
  • love and connection
  • growth
  • contribution

  • Which of the six human needs are currently being met in your life?
  • Which aren’t?
  • When is your need for certainty at the expense of your need for variety?
  • When is your need for variety at the expense of your need for certainty?
  • When is your need for significance at the expense of your need for love and connection?
  • When is your need for love and connection at the expense of your need for significance?
  • When is your need for growth at the expense of your need for contribution?
  • When is your need for contribution at the expense of your need for growth?
