Get in the habit of asking yourself:

  • What do I need?
  • What am I telling myself will meet that need?
  • Do I need more rest or less rest?
  • Do I need more quiet or more noise?
  • Do I need more time with others or less time?
  • Do I need more space or less space?
  • Do I need more food or less food?
