Using Confusion Against Yourself
When do you use confusion against yourself?
I invite you to consider these questions:
- When do you pressure yourself to know the HOW right now?
- When do you allow confusion to devolve into overwhelm and anxiety about what you should do?
- When do you use confusion as an excuse to stop, freeze, turn around, and move backwards?
- When do you allow the fog of confusion to stop you in your path?
- When do you attach yourself to a destination or goal?
- When do you imagine worst-case scenarios?
- When do you consider confusion as a problem to be solved?
- When do you use confusion to hold yourself back?
