If you are feeling overwhelmed, it’s likely that you feel that you have too much to do but have too little time.
I invite you to consider these questions:
- Do you feel like you have time to spend with friends?
- What might prevent you from prioritizing connection?
- Do you feel stressed about things going on in the world?
- Which one thing can you focus on and make a real impact?
- Do you people-please (lie) to others?
- What will others think, feel, or say about you if you say NO?
- Do you rescue others or anticipate what they need?
- What are you avoiding in your own life by doing so?
- Do you lack enough alone or quiet time?
- How willing are you to spend time in nature?
- Do you feel stuck in bad habits?
- What benefits are you getting from indulging in the habit:
- escape?
- something to look forward to?
- a distraction?
- numbing of emotions?
- What benefits are you getting from indulging in the habit:
- Do you feel hopeless in regard to starting new habits?
- How willing are you to ask for help?
- Do you feel terrified to make decisions?
- Do you have evidence in your decision-making style?
- Do you judge your physical appearance?
- How willing are you to take a break from social media?
