”I Feel GUILTY Delegating Work to Others!”

In “How To Delegate Effectively: 9 Tips for Managers,” by Lauren Landry of the Harvard Business School, there are 6 main reasons why people won’t delegate.

The fourth reason is FEELING GUILTY about adding more work onto another person’s plate or to-do list.

I invite you to consider these questions:

  • When you delegate, are you doing something out of integrity according only to you? If not, are you feeling DISCOMFORT rather than GUILT?
  • What is your INTENTION for delegating?
  • What do you worry that others will THINK or FEEL about you when you delegate?

I can help you too, my friend.
