Feeling Blah Because You’re Ignoring The Basics

It is normal and common to feel blah in January as you grapple with post-holidays exhaustion and unrealistic expectations for how you’d feel once the new year arrives. 

 

There are foundational, non-negotiable habits we must be willing to prioritize:

  • sleep
  • water
  • exercise
  • whole foods

 

A few questions for your consideration:

  • How much sleep do you really need?
  • How willing are you to drink more water?
  • How often do you exercise?
  • How willing are you to avoid process food and incorporate more whole foods?
