Feeling Blah Because You’re Ignoring The Basics

It is normal and common to feel blah in January as you grapple with post-holidays exhaustion and unrealistic expectations for how you’d feel once the new year arrives.

- exercise

- How willing are you to drink more water?
- How often do you exercise?
