But I Like This More
When we say “I like THIS - but I like THAT more,” we simultaneously acknowledge that we do like engaging in habits or actions that don’t serve us long term AND we prefer to do something even better.
- “I really like eating sugar and flour AND I like how I feel without it MORE.”
- “I really like drinking wine AND I like sleeping well and waking up refreshed MORE.”
I invite you to consider these questions:
- What do you “really like” AND you’d like to do less of it, take a break from it, or stop doing it?
- What might you like more than your current habit?
- What do you really love doing that you want to stop or take a break from?
