Anger Fuels Action
Anger is not a problem - it is a helpful, useful emotion that can instigate positive action. Anger only becomes problematic when we react to our anger or direct it at others.
I invite you to consider these questions:
- How willing are you to feel your anger?
- How often do you react to anger and direct it toward others?
- When do you notice becoming immobilized or shut down in anger?
- What can anger teach you about WHAT’S OK and WHAT’S NOT OK?
- What is the one next anger might lead you to take?
- What flavor of anger is most uncomfortable for you:
- impatience?
- frustration?
- annoyance?
- irritation?
- something else
- How does anger show up as physical sensations in your body?
